She comes with a proven track record in stakeholder management and leadership engagement in complex and multicultural situations, and holds Certifications in Entrepreneurship from Harvard, Emotional Intelligence and Resilience from Berkley, and speaks eight languages.

is a Nigerian certified Geotechnical Engineer and Business Development service provider(BDSP), a Chartered member of British Geotechnical Association (BGA), British Geological Survey (BGS), Nigerian Mining & Geosciences and Nigerian Institute Of Management, with vast experience in strategic Business Development.

Sandra Queiroz Lourenço

Vice President

is a registered Lawyer in Portugal with 21 years of consolidated experience providing Consulting and Legal Advisory Services to Government/Public Organizations and Private Businesses across Portugal, Angola, Mozambique and South Africa in different sectors; mining, construction, energy (oil, gas and biodiesel), agriculture, retail and environment. She has a proven track record of Leadership in diverse multicultural environments and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Teresa Anliker

Advocacy & Development Director

Is a Portuguese Swiss jurist with vast experience in multinational management and legal advisory for private businesses and public organizations in the USA, South America, Europe and Asia. She lived in seven countries and is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Coimbra, Portugal.

Tania Nobre is originally from South Africa and a Portuguese citizen. With an academic background in art history and design, Tania has developed a professional career of almost twenty years in various fields such as office management, administration, accounting support, event planning and organisation, social media and sports management. Her versatility, dynamism and commitment to quality and efficiency are the result of her many years of experience in managing challenging and high-profile projects, where she has consistently achieved outstanding results.

Halima Ibrahim Haruna

Country Coordinator Assistant

Halima Ibrahim Haruna is a Nigerian civil engineer registered as a graduate member with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). She has a strong aptitude for problem-solving which she applies to tackling complex challenges. She is dedicated to making a positive contribution by promoting excellence in the engineering and business sector. Her passion for business development led her to explore other areas outside of engineering, including art and design. promoting entrepreneurship and economic development.
